"I can understand that, but it seems unfair to me that after so many years of paying my bill on time, they are now not renewing my coverage because of the accidents I have had. That is what the insurance company is for if you have accidents, not so that they can cancel it when you need it."

"Amanda's and Amanda's Manager - Extremely Unethical, saying that I do no business (which I do plenty of business) also, demanding that I give forth my personal plans for life like a schedule, which is extremely crossing a line personal and unethical. Along with saying that she would cancel my policy if not. So, I informed her that I would report her for her ethics to the ethics committee and to Ken Paxton AGs office in case this is a common occurrence at this establishment. Either way, both lady's were extremely unprofessional and directing and forceful in their "help" (considered steering, which is illegal) and then definitely using policy coverage cancelation as a tool to be threatening me with for asking about starting a second policy. I wish that I could say that this was a unusual occurrence but even the ethics of the agent representatives at another location in another state seemed to be the same. So, I and my company will do no business with state farm until they fix the ethics of their agent representatives. Again in conclusion this establishment was and has been extremely unprofessional and unethical. Very disappointed considering that I also grew up here and was Captain of the Soccer team along with being a USMC veteran (Retired) and a Licensed Real Estate Agent and Realtor®. UPDATE: Per your response. I understand why you feel this way and thanks for sharing your biased opinion. However, I do ask that you keep the copies of that phone call because they will be requested for review by the ethics committee review board. Thank you."

"Caleb, I have reviewed the calls and spoken with my team. You were not threatened in any way. You were simply told the coverage you are asking for cannot be done through State Farm. As explained, based off the information you gave my team, we do not insure full-time Uber drivers. We do not decide what risks are ineligible for coverage. You were not talked down to or treated unprofessionally. Nothing you have said in this review is accurate. Thank you."

"I had a wonderful experience with Angelica at the Steven Barber State Farm Insurance firm, especially during the handling of my total loss claim after my car was hit by a drunk driver. Angelica was exceptionally diligent, helping me through each step of the process and ensuring a better valuation for my car. "I have been with this group since I lived in Lake Worth in 2015. I have since moved twice and now live an hour away but I refuse to switch due to these guys (and gals) being so awesome! I make changes to my policies pretty frequently and like today Fabi was incredibly friendly and efficient. I've never once had a bad experience with this group."
